All existing and future orders will continue to be processed as per usual, currently delivering Australia wide.

• Dispatch may take a little longer than usual – in some cases up to 10 business days.
• Please use a residential address as delivery to business addresses may not be completed.
• Delivery is contactless to ensure driver and customer safety
• Our customer support team is available to answer any questions you may have. However, we are currently experiencing a high volume of chat and support tickets, so you may experience a longer than usual wait time for responses.
• NSW Floods
  There is currently major flooding in many parts of NSW; as our Australian bound rugs are shipped from our NSW based warehouse there may be delays experienced until the flooding subsides later this week. Additionally shipping to flood affected towns will not be able to resume until there is access to these areas.
