At Miss Amara, we’ve always believed that choosing a rug should feel inspiring, not overwhelming.

From the beginning, our purpose was simple: to make it easier to create a home that feels beautiful, liveable and uniquely your own. Over the years, that purpose has stayed the same, but the way we express it has grown with us.

This next chapter is a reflection of that growth.

Our refreshed identity is a clearer expression of that.

It brings forward the quality, care and design intention that have long sat at the heart of Miss Amara, while creating more space for inspiration, clarity and connection. It is softer in some places, more refined in others, and ultimately more aligned with the brand we have become.

Why we rebuilt the website.

Alongside the brand evolution came an equally important question: how do we make the experience of shopping with us feel as considered as the pieces themselves?

For many customers, buying a rug can feel like a big decision. There are sizes to think about, materials to compare, colours to balance, rooms to imagine and practical needs to account for. And when you offer a large and varied collection, that decision can quickly become overwhelming.

So we rebuilt our website with intention.

This wasn’t simply a visual update. It was a complete rethink of how customers move through the Miss Amara experience, from first impression to final decision.

The new site has been designed to feel clearer, calmer and easier to navigate. More intuitive to browse. More supportive when you need guidance. More inspiring when you’re still discovering what feels right for your home.

Behind the scenes, we reworked foundational systems and site architecture to create a better journey from end to end. That means more thoughtful search and navigation, a stronger merchandising experience, and content designed to help customers make confident decisions.

We also wanted the site to better reflect the way we think about home and design, not as something distant or over-styled, but as something to be lived in. The result is a more elevated experience that still feels warm, useful and easy to engage with.
