For more than 10 years, we have been proudly dispatching rugs from our Sydney Distribution Centre. Our local team carefully prepares every order and works closely with trusted courier partners to bring your rug safely to your door.
What to expect from our delivery service

Standard delivery: Your rug will be delivered to the ground floor or front door of your home or building. Our couriers are unable to carry rugs upstairs or inside.

Carefully packed: Each rug is carefully packed to protect it during transport.

Fast dispatch: Orders usually leave our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.
