This rig was purchase don behalf of my mother. She said it looks/feels great, however the smell that came with the rug is quite strong. We have bought jute rugs before and know well of the associations that come with it. But in this case she said it's overpoweringly strong. Has had to put it outside to air for a few days (difficult in rainy weather).
I'm really happy with the rug itself but it wasnt big enough for our space :-( so I'm going to take advantage of the free return process and get a larger one! Will update on that process! Thanks team.
Very disappointed to unwrap my esperance pink-braided round jute rug to see the colourings are nothing like the image provided. The pink is closer to orange and the jute is terribly dark. Such a shame for an online website who I always love to purchase off.
