The Amelia tribal rug was a perfect fit for our home in tropical North Queensland. Too hot for carpet throughout our home, it’s nice to have a beautiful rug in the living room for comfort. This is a stylish rug, soft underfoot and in a high traffic area in our home. I particularly liked how I could upload a photo and try different styles before I chose this rug - that’s a great service to those who are in more regional areas and don’t have access to endless shops! This is my second Amara rug - we will be back!
It certainly looks much more grey/blue in my lounge area but that may be due to my grey/blue lounge. It's so soft and nice to walk on!
I expected this rug to be a bit flat and maybe need an underlay - it really surprised me when I rolled it out. It's super soft and thick in the white areas. It looks perfect in my sons room, and feels wonderful to walk on. The grey has a slight green tinge (not like the images in the product listing), but that may be because of the green in his room, but nonetheless, it works perfectly. The cream part has a little brown in it, which I thought was dirt at first, but it just adds a little bit of depth.
