This rug is beautiful and I had high hopes. However, within a couple of weeks the stitching has come apart in multiple places despite being in a low traffic area and having an underlay. Customer service suggested this is to be expected and to hand stitch the areas as they come apart. Disappointing for such an expensive rug. :(
