Returning your rug.

Choosing the right rug is a meaningful decision, and we want you to feel confident in it. If it’s not quite right once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the return shipping.*

Items not eligible for return.

Most of our rugs are eligible for returns, though there are a few exceptions. The following items can only be returned if they are faulty.

Living Room

Position your rug to frame the seating area as one considered zone. Place at least the front legs of your sofa and chairs on the rug to anchor the layout.

• Small: 160 × 230 cm
  
• Standard: 190 × 290 cm
  
• Large: 240 × 330 cm or 300 × 400 cm
  

Tip: Leave 20–30 cm between the rug and walls for an open, balanced look.

Bedroom

A rug introduces warmth and softness underfoot. Position it two-thirds under the bed, allowing it to extend beyond the sides and foot.

• Queen: 240 × 330 cm
  
• King: 300 × 400 cm
  
• Runners: 80 × 300 cm each side
  

Tip: Extend at least 50 cm beyond each side for a layered, hotel-inspired look.

Dining Room

Your rug should sit fully beneath the table and chairs, even when chairs are pulled out.

Tip: Choose flatweave or washable styles for easy care and cleaning.

Outdoor

Define your alfresco area as you would indoors. Keep the front legs of outdoor furniture on the rug to frame the setting.
