Kashan, one of our most loved designs has now been created in a runner version. Kashan is a pink floor rug with blue and orange accents featuring an intricate & traditional floral medallion design. The distressed vintage look of this rug has been intentionally created through a combination of old and new techniques: power-looming for precision and durability, hand-sheared for a distressed finish & the inclusion of cotton fibre (50%) for an authentic feel. This rug has been beautifully distressed to mimic a piece that has been worn through the ages - it is an integral part of the design and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Kashan is a slim rug that has been 'tip sheared' meaning the pile has been shaved to give it the feel of an antique Persian rug. At 6mm it is similar in thickness to a flatweave.
