Taking inspiration from the antique rug styles of the past, Kalbajar is a gorgeous plush transitional rug featuring an ombre of jewel toned blues and pinks overlaid by a traditional floral medallion pattern in creamy ivory. The entire rug had been given an intentionally distressed, worn look to to mimic the wear of time, giving it a sense of history and antique feel. Crafted in Turkey using modern looming techniques, Kalbajar is woven from soft polypropylene fibres for a high 11mm pile and silky underfoot feel. This durable fibre is easy-care and stain resistant, making it a great addition to a busy home.
